Industry Leadership & Professional Affiliations A recognized leader in Texas and nationwide, Brian Wakefield actively shapes the regulatory and educational landscape of the onsite sewage facility (OSSF) industry: Texas Onsite Wastewater Association (TOWA): A long-standing board member since 2014, he has served as both President and Treasurer. He has contributed significantly to the Enforcement, Education, and Conference committees and is currently the Treasurer of the TOWA PAC, actively developing and monitoring state legislation. National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA): Currently serving a three-year term on the National Board of Directors (2025–2028), contributing a national perspective to industry best practices. NSF International: Involved in NSF meetings, assisting in the development and refinement of crucial industry standards.
